RescueCats

Emily and I are having great fun volunteering at RescueCats each week. They are celebrating their 15th anniversary by giving $15 dollars off adoptions this month. Hint hint.... Here's a few of the lovely friends we get to play with each week!

So proud of our Abby- she graduated from middle school and is officially a ninth grader!

These are from way back- I know, I'm behind! We spent the evening with our valentines at the Dwarf House. They hosted an Evening in Paris event and we only had to drive to Hapeville!

Highlights from School

Just a few highlights from the last few weeks of school. They've been packed full of activity and we're all ready for summer!

Greek Day with her BFF- Emily looks like a warrior!

Fun at Serenbe

It's always fun to spend the afternoon at Serenbe. The girls enjoy feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline. They also squeezed in some bike riding and cartwheel lessons on this trip. Gotta love an adventure in the country!

Spring break in Savannah

We took a quick trip to Savannah with the girls over Spring Break. Donald had to attend a STEM conference so we decided to tag along and do a little sight-seeing. We took a fantastic ghost tour, did some shopping, and ate our weight in pralines. Can't ask for a better trip than that!

Night at the Museum

Emily and I were able to spend the weekend in Macon with Donald for a short trip. We tagged along to the Georgia Science Teachers annual conference and visited the Museum of Aviation. What a great trip! We were able to actually get inside several planes that are generally roped off. Talking with the veterans and volunteers working the exhibits was incredible- such a powerful and historical experience! Emily had a blast and Donald was (self-described) like a kid in a candy store.
